Under Steve’s leadership, Ascendion has strengthened its portfolio with acquisitions including Nitor Infotech (software product engineering), Moodys NWC (product management), and UXReactor (experience strategy and design)—building the capabilities that power nextgeneration digital solutions. Previously, as Global Vice President of M&A at Cognizant, he led high-impact acquisitions, expanding digital capabilities worldwide. Before that, he spent 16 years at Accenture in strategy consulting, program management, and IT/business process transformation.
