The healthcare provider implemented a data-driven solution to streamline billing, optimize revenue, and ensure compliance.  They transitioned from manual data extracts in Excel to a modern reporting and dashboard platform built on Spotfire. This shift provided real-time insights into billing trends, allowing them to identify and address root causes of unassigned accounts, unmapped charges, and assignment errors.  Automated report schedules and alerts ensured daily follow-up on outstanding bills and key closure metrics.  Furthermore, Spotfire’s custom form functionality was leveraged to design user-friendly interfaces for data collection related to billing and claim denials, improving data accuracy and efficiency.
