For a multi-brand retail group, running individual loyalty programs for each brand with limited customer engagement and diluted value. Every brand operated its own standalone system, meaning customers couldn’t earn or redeem rewards outside that brand’s ecosystem. The absence of a shared rewards model made it difficult to build holistic customer relationships or drive cross-brand transactions. The client needed a single loyalty framework, built around a “Coins,” model, that could integrate all brand programs into one seamless experience. This required reimagining the entire loyalty operating model, unifying rules, redemption logic, and orchestration across brands. The goal was to create a consistent, engaging, and scalable customer experience that encouraged participation across the portfolio.
Ascendion partnered with the client to co-engineer a next-generation loyalty ecosystem across architecture, design, and development. The solution unified brand-specific programs into a single, intuitive app experience powered by a flexible, scalable framework. 
We designed key features like Click to Claim Offers, App Pass tier upgrades with Mastercard integration, and real-time points simulation to deepen user interaction. By optimizing Flutter components, we streamlined navigation and introduced micro-interactions that made earning and redeeming rewards effortless.
The platform’s architecture was tuned for high performance and reliability, enabling the App Coins and four-tier App Pass to operate at scale. Continuous refinements to workflows and backend orchestration ensured low latency, faster response times, and friction-free engagement across every customer touchpoint.
